Mr. Campbell is President and Owner of Mac D. Campbell Associates Inc. and MDC Holdings Ltd.  He is also Chairman of Canadian Destination Properties Inc. and Skookum Developments Ltd, and Director of Rockmount Trust Company, Lake Windermere Resort Ltd., WBE Investments Corporation, Kirk Miller Investments Inc. and Kirk Miller Properties Inc.  Previously he was SVP & CFO of Daon Development Corporation of Vancouver, and Director, Senior Real Estate Analyst of Canavest House, Toronto.  Mr. Campbell obtained his BA in Economics from the University of Alberta, MBA from the University of Western Ontario, and completed  the Corporate Finance Executive Program at Harvard University. Mr. Campbell has served on many corporate and community boards, including recently the BC Chamber of Commerce and Chair of the Kootenay Rockies Regional Economic Alliance.

Born of Cree heritage and raised in the Canadian sub-arctic, Mr. Burger worked as a diamond driller in the mining camps to put himself through college where he graduated with distinction with a diploma in civil engineering from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.  Martin founded an ASC listed mining company in 1987 called Octan Resources Inc.  He also played key roles in the success of two technology driven companies and in the development of several world-scale construction projects in the petrochemical energy and mining sectors.  Mr. Burger collaborated with inventor Barry Davis in July of 1990 to develop and commercialize the Davis Hydro Turbine. Martin and his colleagues have evaluated over 400  innovation technology developments over the past 20 years and he brings an out of the box perspective, unwavering commitment, engineering and construction expertise, and visionary leadership to Blue Energy.  Martin is an elected Fellow with the World Innovation Foundation.

Mr. Ellison is an entrepreneur who has been active in strategic investment opportunities in clean tech for ten years.  He has acted as a director and officer for various technologies companies.  He has been involved with the Company since 2003, initially serving as the Company's general manager and currently as Executive Vice President where he focuses on project development and strategic partnerships.

Mr. Page has extensive executive experience in both Toronto and New York City, and over 10 years of international experience in project management. He has carried and managed to completion a portfolio of projects valued upwards of CAD 150 million. He has demonstrated strengths in change management, business process reengineering, financial system migration, and risk mitigation for private companies and for companies that have traded on both the New York and London Stock Exchanges. His background highlights an ability to markedly move companies towards greater profitability while maintaining the highest level of financial integrity and a masterful comprehension of the details required to manage a project or business in domestic and international arenas.

Mr. Nott has served as counsel to the Company since 2008.  He has clerked with the Tax Court of Canada, worked at a large national firm where he chaired the national Renewable Energy practice group, and now serves as counsel to several companies.  He has a background in environmental economics and environmental geography, as well as transactional experience in wind, biomass and cogeneration power projects, large public infrastructure projects and years of experience advising companies of all size throughout North America.

 RICHARD ELDER—Project Manager:  Richard brings a wealth of practical knowledge in project management, organization, and manufacturing with special area of expertise in the use of composite materials in marine applications to the Blue Energy team. He has founded corporate organizations, served as CEO, raised venture capital, coordinated engineering, & design  teams, and directed successful international sales programs. Awards include Superyacht of the Year for the most outstanding yacht construction project in the world. His articles about renewable energy alternatives have been published in the national media.  

Joseph has past experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer,10 years as a Mechanical Engineer, 5 years as a Research and Teaching Assistant and1 year as a Research Associate. He is currently writing his PhD on the effects of cavitation. Joseph does world-class leading-edge Computational Fluid Mechanics (CFD). He uses top programs such as |Fluent and CFX. To our knowledge no one has advanced kinetic turbine modeling to his level. He does 3D rotating reference frames accompanied by a 2-phase flow model for cavitations. His main role will be in the design of higher efficiency blades by using boundary layer control to push the limits on velocities and hence, higher power densities (proportional to the velocity cubed).

An ardent Blue Energy supporter for over 13 years and one of the early founding shareholders, Doug brings an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to effective communication.  He has a background in media arts, real estate, humanitarian projects and client relations.   Since 2004 Doug has served as the primary communications interface between the company and its supporting shareholders.

Dr. Bailey has a PhD in Nuclear Engineering and Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and over thirty years of experience working with Lockheed Martin (Missile and Space Divisions) and the Electrical Power Research Institute (Nuclear Power Division).  He is the President of the Institute for New Energy, a non-profit organization formed in 1993 that has bridged the gap between innovative new science and techology and "traditional science".  Dr. Bailey has long recongnized the Blue Energy Tidal Bridge potential for humanity and his wide ranging expertise is a welcome support resource for our design team.
